    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page eight, section fourteen, beginning on line one hundred thirty-five, following the words “according to the”, by striking out the words “census of the year 1990” and the semicolon, and inserting in lieu thereof the words “most recent decennial census taken under the authority of the United States”, followed by a semicolon.
